SDG 1:
No Poverty

TropiConnect is dedicated to alleviating poverty in farming communities by ensuring that farmers earn up to 50% more income through direct trade. By eliminating intermediaries and providing fair prices, we empower smallholder farmers to support their families and reinvest in their land, creating lasting economic growth.

SDG 2: Zero Hunger

Our commitment to improving agricultural practices directly contributes to food security. By promoting sustainable techniques, we’ve increased crop yields by 10% within the first year, allowing farmers to produce more food while maintaining the health of their land. This supports local communities with consistent food supplies and marketable products.

SDG 5: Gender Equality

We actively work towards empowering women in agriculture. TropiConnect aims to increase female leadership in farming cooperatives, with a goal of 30% female representation in decision-making roles by 2025. We also provide training programs focused on elevating women’s contributions to farming and business.

SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

We believe in fostering decent work conditions and economic growth for tropical farmers. TropiConnect guarantees fair wages, promotes sustainable practices, and creates opportunities for farmers to access global markets. This leads to greater economic stability and improved working conditions for thousands of farmers across Uganda.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production

TropiConnect is committed to sustainable farming that minimizes environmental impact. By promoting organic farming, reducing water use by 15%, and cutting out non-recyclable materials in our packaging, we encourage responsible production. We strive to ensure that our operations protect the environment while meeting global demand for agricultural products.
